Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
