Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Clearance items or personalized/custom products, are not eligible for return.
How to Return:

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
