Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Clearance items or personalized/custom products, are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at pottymouthpixie.jax@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow 10 business days for processing.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
